Completed 2010: Renovation of a vacant historic landmark building.

 

SDS acquired this property in 2007 just as Park Slope was becoming established as a desirable family neighborhood. The landmarked building on the site was a former mansion that had last been occupied with a transient, single room occupancy use and was badly neglected.

 

The thoughtful, carefully detailed project by the architecture firm of TKA Studio restored the building to its original glory, and created 11 family sized two to four bedroom apartments, most of which were duplexes.
