Originally named Landmark Restoration, SDS has a strong track record in both in new construction and redeveloping and/or restoring historic properties and has significant experience with both the Urban Land Use Review Process (ULURP) and historical landmark zones.  Louis V. Greco Jr., SDS’s principal, has a 40-year track record of development and construction. Since 1988, SDS has completed 35 transactions with an aggregate cost value of $1.2 billion.
